Leading the pack – the socialite is running

 

To help and encourage them do their best. Or not?  This was the last run, I had in this group, the next fartlek I was moved up to the stronger, THE STRONGEST group, with myself being the only girl present. I was so superfast left behind by the guys, I had to get all my power together in my head to keep up with them. It was no more smile, but pure run as strong as I could. After the 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400 session I felt just great, and I had the biggest smile ever.
